General terms and conditions

Khartoum Gems International school (KGIS) reserves the right to adjust the school fees with four weeks ‘notice, depending on the number of students registered in each year group.

Fees and Payment:

1.Upon receipt of a completed application and payment of the non-refundable one-time registration fee of USD 50, the student will be registered for the academic year 2023-2024.As a result, the parent(s)/legal guardian(s) agree to pay the invoiced school fees in accordance with these general conditions and the applicable fee tariff, as published on the school website

2. The published fee does not include the cost of any external examinations (Checkpoint, IGCSE). Examination fees are payable directly to the chosen exam center.

3. The tuition fees are due in full, one week before the commencement of the academic year. PARENTS WHO WISH TO PAY BY INSTALMENT SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED ON TIME, THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE OR WITHDRAW A STUDENT FROM THE SCHOOL. (REFER TO LATE PAYMENT).

4. Registration fee is non-refundable. School fees paid is non-refundable after the commencement of the school year.

5. The school reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice for failure to pay school fees with the agreed payment schedule.
