Registration fee
We charge a non-refundable fee of $50 on initial enrolment, which covers the entrance test designed to provide a full assessment of the academic ability and interests of our students so that we can develop a well-rounded education to support their success.

What our fees include?
School fees include courses, school assemblies, workshops, individual support teachers (if required), and access to online resources throughout the year. Our online portal also includes recorded lessons that can be accessed on-demand 24/7.
Late Payment:
Reminders will be sent to parents or guardians if fees are not received on time. After 3 reminders, KGIS reserves the right to refuse admittance or withdraw a student from the school.
Withdrawal:
Written notice of at least one half- term is required if parents or guardians wish to withdraw a student from KGIS. This written notice must be received by the School at admissions@khartoumgemsschool.com and it should be one week before the beginning of the term Any fees paid will be non-refundable after the commencement of the academic year. Any other notification method, including Whatsapp message is not accepted.
